Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Odalys and Fausto at the airport. The check-in process was fast and efficient, thanks to the friendly front desk staff. The location of the hotel was perfect, just across from Quicentro Mall and within walking distance to parks, restaurants, and stores. The room I booked online was a spacious king suite with a separate living area, a bar, and a library-style working desk. The hotel also had a restaurant and bar on the penthouse with great views. The airport shuttle service was prompt and reliable.

food from the restaurant to the room, I asked for a bad chicken soup that seemed to be prepared from one of those pre-made jars, apart from that, I think I fell ill because of so much seasoning and simple chicken and some spaghetti carbonara that were quite normal, spaghetti was not in its point and seasoning was not to go crazy, in short, food should be something that makes you crazy with joy, that did not happen. Besides, bathroom service, jacuzzi was broken, water pressure was uncontrolled and pressure moderator was not worth it. the breakfast service lacked more variety, improve the attention, was not bad but it was not a reception with joy, menu would be nice to see something that surprises in a pleasant way, also some more atmosphere and light too, because it is breakfast and usually it is nice to see daylight at breakfast. Finally I would like to indicate something is that the room lacked a little more light at night, it looked very lugubrious both in the room and in the corridors that makes the atmosphere

We had a fantastic stay! The Best aspects were the hotel location, close to everything and to the park. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast was great, with fresh local fruit and juices. Additionally, the staff was very helpful, from the bellboy to the front desk.

We were pleasantly surprised by Best Western, as our room included both breakfast and dinner. The set plate for dinner was absolutely delicious! The spacious room had two separate spaces, two TVs, and a large desk. The classic decor added a nice touch to our stay. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful. we highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were extremely helpful and particularly helpful and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge.

Good location comparable to California, attentive staff, everything was really good. The room was well-equipped and tidy and had a beautiful view of the park. A writing table and armchairs were available here too.

The hotel has a fantastic location close to modern shopping centers and a large park for exercising. It is also near the city's biggest mall and many restaurants. The property is wonderful with a marvelous setting.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was right next to a shopping mall. It was also conveniently located near the commercial district and just a short distance from the airport. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. We were impressed with the spacious and well-decorated rooms. The staff, especially the doorman, was extremely friendly and helpful. They even assisted us with our luggage and arranged transportation for us.
